(1) Tengyue Machinery's Large-Container Blow Molding Machine boasts a production capacity of up to 1,500 units per hour.

At the exhibition, Tengyue Machinery showcased its star equipment, the large barrel blow molding machine, which combines high aesthetics with top-notch performance and has garnered widespread acclaim from numerous long-term customers. Featuring an ergonomic internal structure design and a sleek, modular exterior, it is equipped with a rotating swing arm for easy operation and maintenance, exuding both elegance and practicality. Additionally, it incorporates full servo motors, an Austrian B&R control system, a Japanese Shimbō reducer, German Siemens low-voltage electrical components, Tengyue's patented air valve assembly, and custom-designed blow molding molds. These high-end configurations, combined with Tengyue's multiple patented technologies, result in a large barrel blow molding machine that is efficient, stable, energy-saving, intelligent, and precise.

(2) Tengyue Machinery's Variable-Pitch Blow Molding Machine achieves an overall energy saving of up to 50%.

The exhibition also showcased the Tengyue fifth-generation variable pitch blow molding machine, a product of over a decade of research and development by Tengyue, continuously refined and innovated. Equipped with 11 servo motors and a UK Trio control system, it features self-developed static pitch variation, a wireless design for moving parts, and the pioneering electric gripper among other innovative designs. These enhancements not only provide the machine with outstanding production efficiency but also achieve an overall energy saving of up to 50%, directly reducing production costs for customers. Additionally, it offers high stability and low maintenance costs.
